Hadir dalam acara tersebut Bapak Kepala Desa dan Perangkat Desa, BPD, Babinkabtimas TRIBUNJOGJACOM - Perayaan hari ulang tahun (HUT) kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia (RI) sudah semakin dekat. Apabila lingkungan tempat tinggal Anda mengadakan acara malam tirakatan 17 Agustus tahun Sertaupacara yang digelar instansi dan sekolah jika kondisi sedang tidak pandemi. Pada malam hari tanggal 16 Agustus akan digelar doa bersama yang digelar seluruh elemen bangsa disebut Doa Malam cash. Yogyakarta ANTARA News - Malam tirakatan memperingati kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia merupakan sebuah perenungan spiritual agar dapat menunaikan cita-cita dan semangat Proklamasi Kemerdekaan 17 Agustus 1945, kata Gubernur Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Sultan Hamengku Buwono X. "Merenung sesungguhnya adalah upaya mengakrabi lingkungan yang selalu berubah, memahami potensi diri seraya membuka peluang, mendalami kelemahan sambil mengukur tantangan dan hambatan untuk mencari solusi pemecahan agar tidak terseret oleh pusaran zaman yang berubah cepat," katanya di Yogyakarta, Selasa. Menurut dia pada malam tirakatan memperingati HUT Ke-66 Proklamasi Kemerdekaan RI, setelah 66 tahun merdeka, rakyat berhak bertanya buat apa kemerdekaan itu jika sekarang bangsa ini selalu terancam oleh perseteruan, konflik dan krisis kepercayaan yang berkepanjangan. "Padahal, untuk merdeka berapa banyak rakyat yang telah menjadi korban dan berapa banyak prajurit yang telah gugur, tidak terhitung banyaknya harta dan nyawa yang telah diserahkan," katanya. Ia mengatakan yang belum diserahkan saat ini adalah bagaimana menghormati dan menghargai kemerdekaan itu sendiri. Namun, jika semua kekurangan dan kelebihan itu diperhitungkan, bangsa ini terpaksa menundukan kepala bahwa potensi sumber daya alam dan semangat kreativitas rakyat belum dipimpin secara kompeten. "Neraca pemanfaatan sumber daya alam dan potensi rakyat yang tampaknya suram itu bukan alasan untuk menyerah, angkat tangan, dan mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan memperingati Proklamasi Kemerdekaan 17 Agustus hanya sebatas ritual," katanya. Menurut dia, tidak ada peluang bagi rakyat yang prihatin mengamati situasi kondisi bangsa dan negara untuk merenungkan apakah makna yang tersimpul dalam peristiwa amat bersejarah itu masih relevan dengan situasi yang dihadapi bangsa saat ini. "Apakah proklamasi kemerdekaan masih mampu menjadi sumber inspirasi yang mengangkat rakyat dari tekanan depresi melihat bangsa ini seperti terjerat dalam rawa persoalan. Kita mungkin tidak tergugah lagi betapa peristiwa proklamasi itu merupakan tonggak sejarah yang amat penting untuk mengangkat harkat bangsa sebagai bangsa merdeka," katanya. Ia mengatakan fakta sejarah itu kemudian menjadi kabur dan kehilangan makna. Hal itu karena setiap kali memperingati hari kemerdekaan hanya formalitas tanpa mengena tujuan didirikannya republik ini. "Oleh karena itu, alangkah naifnya jika kemerdekaan yang diraih dengan penuh pengorbanan dinodai perilaku tidak terpuji seperti korupsi, penyalahgunaan wewenang, penegakan keadilan yang tidak didapatkan orang kecil, dan perilaku menyimpang lainnya," kata Sultan. Malam tirakatan dihadiri sekitar 500 orang, terdiri atas unsur Forum Komunikasi Pimpinan Daerah Provinsi DIY, kepala satuan kerja perangkat daerah SKPD, pejabat eselon III dan IV di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Pemprov DIY. Our suite had a fabulous view of the ocean with swaying palm trees and gorgeous seas. We enjoyed watching mongooses on the lawn every morning and room was immaculate and well-appointed. The bathroom was spacious with a huge shower and deep tub. We had breakfast on our patio most mornings. IRD service was excellent Jason balanced the tray on his head!. Everything about our stay was idyllic. We both work in hospitality and noted their excellent F&B quality and service. We enjoyed lounging at the Cedar Bar and dined in all the restaurants. The staff was well-trained, friendly and helpful. The food was five star. My husband thought their French fries were the best he’s ever eaten. I think I had lobster almost every day! Steaks were also excellent. I found a new favorite cocktail—Cedar Wood, crisp and refreshing. We are equestrians, so we took the horseback ride by the beach and into the surf. Our guide, Javon, was knowledgeable and friendly and the horses well-trained. The wedding was on the beach and beautifully turned out. We enjoyed several meals in the bride and groom’s villa, also ocean front. It was one of the best holidays we’ve ever taken! That said i did have repeated texts with Half moon resort regarding flight delays and changed requirements and they were more than willing to accommodate and responded to me in a timely manner. When they learned my flight was cancelled i got a full refund. It is in a fantastic location if you want to be close to the action in West End but still in a secluded area. Its only 5 minutes away but at night when all the bars and restaurants are loud you can sleep soundly across the bay. Unfortunately the restaurant and dive shop weren’t reopened yet since COVID, but Rene was always in the main building and let us boil water for ramen soups, and borrow some dishes for our early morning cereal breakfasts before going scuba diving every day. If you like to snorkel the spot just in front of the rooms is well known for being a great spot to see all kinds of marine life including octopus and eels. The rooms are simple and clean. We had a mini fridge, fan and AC. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. The view is like a postcard, and the water and coral right outside the resort were extremely pleasant for snorkeling and swimming. With the iron shore and not much traffic noise it was a relaxing place to be. Believe me, being stuck here at this resort was perfect! The cabins were extremely clean, rustic and quaint. Breakfast was always delicious and overlooks the beautiful bay. Our beach was raked every morning and no visitors were allowed as it's a private beach, which was nice. It's close enough to town so you can walk everywhere but if you did need something, the staff was always willing to bend over backwards for us. And speaking of the great staff, every one of them was so nice, always had a smile and made us feel at home every minute of the day! When we were quarantined and asked to stay off the streets, the staff even went out of their way to drive around looking for different dining options for us! This is a place we can't wait to go back to! The resort also has a restaurant with good food. Service was good. We tried to book a third trip to Roatan ad it was booked. The rooms are comfortable but last time we were there the room, shower needed some repairs. The local vendors that walk through the grounds however were quite annoying especially the Massage lady. Wooden shiplap interior with ocean front balconies on a private beach. Absolutely serene. Extremely clean and bug free. You are a very short walk to the main strip, with restaurants and shops and the hustle bustle of the crowds. Renee and Matilda also run an on site restaurant and bar, and along with their staff they are extremely kind and accommodating. The on site bar/restaurant closes early, which is a bonus as there are no drunken shenanigans or noise.
